Romaniuk Patent Agent attempts to completely automate the entire patent application process via human-level cognition (HLC) developed by MobileTimesToday and its predecessor MobileTimes over the past decade. This includes automated patent searches for the countries for which patents are sought based on either keywords, abstract,or an entire technical report itself. Knowledge bases will be automatically created from the found searches and from a deep web search of similar publications. HLC software agents will analyse the found resources and match them with the original technical report. The technical report will then be converted to an patent application ready for submission. The PatentAgent software will support the patent creator in identifying and fixing potential conflicts (avoid rejection or later litigation) with existing patents, or other open-source published documents.

The benefit for mankind is a faster and significantly cheaper process that can be used by any creative human living on this planet to have their ideas and inventions turned into patents, which will ultimately benefit everyone.
